Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from WalkFree Footwear.
If you’re not satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy outlines how we can help.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns/exchanges are accepted if:

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • No stains, marks, or damaged soles
  • Product is not part of a Clearance/Sale/Custom category (non-returnable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought on sale
  • Used or damaged items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [walkfreefootwear1@gmail.com] with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Images/videos of the product
  2. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return pickup availability may vary based on your pincode. In some cases, you may need to self-ship.


4. Refund Policy

We do not entertain refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you wish, you can avail a store credit valid for 3 months.

As a company policywe do not provide refunds/cancellations on products sold. We are happy to exchange the size in sale items , however style cannot be changed. 


5. Exchange Policy

You can exchange for:

  • Size change
  • Another color/product (price difference applies)
  • Approved Exchange/Replacement product will be delivered in 3-5 working days

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order (before shipping).
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive:

  • Wrong item
  • Damaged item
  • Manufacturing defect

Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost if verified.


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to WalkFree’s fault (wrong/damaged product):
    → Return shipping is free.
  • For all other returns (e.g., size issue, change of mind):
    → Return shipping charges may apply or customer may need to self-ship.
