- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We deliver across India.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 business days
Delivery may vary based on:
- Location
- Courier partner delays
- Weather, strikes, or unforeseen events
3. Shipping Charges

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update.
5. Incorrect Address
If the address entered is incorrect:
- Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- If the order is already shipped, we cannot change the address.
WalkFree is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to us.
Reshipping fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged:
- Please email us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the product & packaging.
- We will assist with replacement or resolution on a case-by-case basis.
8. International Shipping
